Last day of classes today. At the fire circle at CQC, I asked the question, “What is a limit or restriction that I have faced, which actually helped me by letting me become more creative in my response to it?”
Or something like that.
Today, I quote from The Daily Om, in which the author says, “In a culture obsessed with convenience and freedom, integrity can be a rare quality. Perhaps this is because we have a cultural habit of resisting limitation and restriction. And yet, limitation and restriction often provide the structure in which integrity can be born.”
